To guarantee the consumers' satisfaction, The Vendors/Sellers must offer the free returns within 30 days for the products that for some reasons did not met the buyers' expectations.

The Buyers can create a return request right from their Easyauto+ account.

Accepted Non-Condition

To initiate the 30-Day Hassle-Free Returns process, the buyer go to Purchase History and click "Return an Item." Most issues are handled on the spot, but the buyer may need to contact the seller for issues like exchanges or missing parts. Contact the seller using Email/messages via Easyauto+ and the sellers must respond the buyer within 3 business days.

Returns or exchanges may be subject to a 15% restocking fee by the vendors/Sellers

plus cost of return shipping and replacement shipping.

Exchanges due to shipping errors or shipping defect by the vendors/sellers will not be subject to a restocking fee or shipping charges from buyers, the sellers will in charge of providing return shipping label to the buyers & Reship replaced / Exchange item all under the seller's full expense payment.


Within 30 days from item delivery date if the buyer want to return the items because any of the reason Such as item size doesn't fit, change the mind, etc., return are free accepted by the sellers and when the seller received the returned items with the original manufacturer's package which not effected their re-sale, within 48 hours the payment must be refund back to the seller's PayPal account in the amount of deduct 15% Restock fee and re-ship fee ; But If the buyer requested return reason is because of the item shipping quantity or quality defect claim then the buyer have to provide the detailed defect description form with related products' defect pictures proof to the seller and submit to Easyauto+ for clarify and verify if buyer request Easyauto+ step-in, Anyway within 48 Hours Easyauto+ will come to a conclusion either reject or accept the claim: if accept the Buyer's claim the seller will provided return shipping label and when the defected item returned to their warehouse the seller will refund the money back to Buyer's PayPal account within 48 Hours accordingly.

Sometimes due to shipping Carrier's reason, The Buyers may claim for the purchased item not received, here is mainly 3 solution way as:

1) if tracking No. online does not show any "item received by Carrier" information such as item may missed scan or caused by any other terminal problem, The Seller have to right now refund the Buyer's payment in full amount within 48 hours from the date of received the claim;

2) if Tracking No. online shows item "in-Transit" but Tracking detailed information shows item Stopped (missed) on a certain carrier's terminal over 7 days: The seller have to right now refund the Buyer's money in full amount within 48 hours from the date of received the claim and back to back claim the shipping carrier is on seller's duty;

3) if tracking No. online shows the items already be delivered and the Seller provided shipping address to shipping Carrier shows no mistake then the seller may have to decline the buyers' "item not received claim" accordingly.
